MULTI-ORDER SHIPPING-
Due to non-refundable processing fees charged to Prism Bettas, any extra shipping charges due to multiple orders will be credited via a Prism Bettas e-gift card.
Multiple shipping charges and the resulting shipping credits can be avoided by adding any additions to your current order. Email PrismBettas@gmail.com or message Prism Bettas on Facebook with your order number and fish you would like to add.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE-
UPS overnight shipping is preferred, especially between October and May when heatpacks are used.
UPS 2-Day Shipping live arrival guarantee only covers up to $50 total value of fish.
Prism Bettas is not responsible for DOAs caused by delays longer than 4 days from date of shipping, or mishandling of fish by UPS, which may result in heatpack failures or overheating. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Live Arrival guarantee for UPS Overnight covers entire value (shipping nonrefundable) credited toward a replacement
-Due to their sensitivity, wild types (including hybrids) and giants have a live arrival guarantee on overnight only
-Absolutely no live arrival guarantee for goldfish over 3 inches unless shipped overnight
-In the even of a DOA, buyer must send a picture of fish in an unopened bag within an hour of delivery. I will check the time stamp on tracking. No exceptions.
-Replacement for doa will be credited towards your next purchase.

-Occasionally a fish may fall ill from the stress of shipping. If the fish was shipped UPS overnight and is acting off (more then just pale from stress) upon arrival, please let Prism Bettas know immediately. Once fish are added to your aquarium, Prism Bettas is not responsible for sudden deaths or illnesses. Prism Bettas only ship healthy fish, once they are in your system, their continued good health is your responsibility.

Occasionally goldfish may arrive with buoyancy issues or lethargic. Please wait 48-72 hours before feeding and for the fist to adjust. Prism Bettas is not responsible for any swim bladder issues which occur in shipping.
ALL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Prism Bettas uses the Shopify shipping manager which is managed by a third party insurance company and cannot go through UPS for shipping refunds. The third party company DOES NOT give refunds for delayed or mishandled packages for UPS Overnight for live animals. Prism Bettas has argued with the third party insurance agency that controls the refunds with no resolution. As such there are no shipping refunds for delayed packages. Shipping credits through Prism Bettas e-cards are issued on a case by case basis for UPS overnight DOAS only.
